Over 6,500 sudden cardiac arrests occur in Victoria per year. 80% of these arrests happen in the home. Less than 12% survive.
Each year we select a new location to deliver Defib in Your Street. This year we are focusing on the postcode area of 3021. The 3021 postcode (St Albans, Kings Park, Kealba, Albanvale) has the highest number of sudden cardiac arrests in Victoria.
